Edited review, admittedly I had a rough experience with the purchase which was resolved. The service department has been the saving grace, they are friendly and greet you by name. My first oil change was done without issue and I was in and out; a rock chipped my windshield and Kyle was able to get the glass repaired under warranty and provided a loaner for the day, overall I am happy with the service and will continue to use them.

My experience at Vineland Ram was great. Brittany was very helpful and very easy to work with. I told her where I wanted to be with regards to the price and payments on my Ram and she gave me a fantastic deal. It was probably the best car buying experience I've had. No pressure and no shady sales tactics. We will definitely be back when my wife is ready to trade in her Jeep.

This dealership was a refreshing change from Turnersville. I was told 3-4 days for a recall and Turnersville didn’t offer a rental car-was told to call Chrysler. They set me up with a rental out of Vineland and I worked with Jennifer to get the recall done. It was a great experience and everyone was helpful and friendly. The recall was done in one day! Positive experience! Britt worked with us, and took the time to figure out a plan that met our needs as best as possible. We are really happy with our new jeep!! On top of that, all the dealership staff (and clients) were cool. Everyone was friendly and helpful - they even shared their staff lunch with us!!

Jennifer was pleasent and knowledable in setting me up and keeping me updated as to how my service was going. Afterwards she explained everything that was found and what to do in order to make it right.

Very friendly and informative. First visit was an oil change. They noticed that my vehicle needed a part. They then ordered the part and when it came in called to set up an appointment. They then installed the part and updated the truck overall great experience.

They did an excellent job and the truck was cleaned and washed when I picked it up. Jennifer was wonderful to work with and kept me informed during the repairs. You do need more loaner cars for the customers. Renting a vehicle is an additional expense.

This dealership is under new ownership and it shows. Very organized and punctual! Kept me updated on the recalls they were fixing. The main contact , I believe is Jennifer in service, is just outstanding! Very Happy with the service and I will be back. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the office and showroom needs design updates. They may be working on it but Stellantis needs to step up and give them some money! I am closer to the Turnersville dealership but that store is run by the 3 stooges, so unorganized. Will definitely be back and most likely turn my lease in there.
